Job Information*

Types of driving jobs offered by Clary Trucking Inc.

  • Truck Driver – regional dedicated routes
    • Home daily, with few exceptions
    • Common routes are in Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, West Virginia, Michigan, Missouri, South Carolina
    • Drivers average $1,150 to $1,400+ weekly depending on job (Gross Pay)
  • Local Yard Truck Driver – spotter work
    • Monday through Friday
    • 40-50 hour workweek depending on shift
    • Overtime after 40 hours (time and a half)
    • Drivers average $1,200 depending on shift (Gross Pay)
      • 1st shift – $21.90 (5 am to 3 pm)
      • 2nd shift – $23.10 (3 pm to 1 am)
      • 3rd shift – $27.20 (8 pm to 5 am)

You will need to know the following in order to complete an application:

  • Social Security Number
  • Home address history for the past 3 years
  • Employment history up to 10 years, including addresses.
  • Current driver’s license number and driver’s license history for the past 3 years
  • History of traffic accidents, violations of motor vehicle laws or ordinances from the last 3 years and license suspensions, denials, or revocations

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License 
  • Currently hold, or able to obtain, a DOT medical card 
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
    • Will be added to the random drug/alcohol testing program once employed
